Proposes constitutional amendment to make Alaska's attorney general an elected position rather than an appointed one, elected by voters at the same time and for the same term as the governor.

Attorney general candidate must be a U.S. citizen, qualified voter, Alaska resident, and active member of the organized state bar.

Limits attorney general to two consecutive full terms, after which one full term must pass before the person is eligible to serve again.

Establishes special election procedures for vacancies, requiring governor to call a special election within 60-90 days of vacancy, with option to appoint interim replacement if vacancy occurs less than 60 days before a scheduled election.

First election for attorney general would occur at the first general election following constitutional approval in which a governor is elected; previous appointment procedures apply until that election occurs.
