Requests that U.S. Congress call a convention of the states under Article V to propose a constitutional amendment limiting the number of terms for U.S. House and Senate members.

Declares Alaska's application shall be aggregated with similar applications from other states and combined to reach the two-thirds threshold required to call a limited constitutional convention.

Specifies this application is a continuing application until at least two-thirds of state legislatures have applied for a similar convention on this subject.

Urges the legislatures of the other 49 states to submit applications to Congress requesting a convention of the states on this same issue.

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the President, Vice President, congressional leadership, Alaska's congressional delegation, and presiding officers of all other state legislatures.
