Seeks protection for coal-fired power plants in Alaska from closure attempts, citing their necessity for electrical grid reliability and to prevent overuse of natural gas plants.

Directs copies of the resolution to be sent to the President, Vice-President, Speaker of the House, Senate leadership, Alaska's congressional delegation, and all members of the 114th United States Congress.
