• Urges parties to the Alaska liquefied natural gas project (state, Alaska Gasline Development Corporation, BP Exploration Alaska Inc., ConocoPhillips Alaska Inc., and ExxonMobil Alaska Production Inc.) to continue honoring commitments in the Heads of Agreement executed in January 2014

• Requests all parties support funding of the 2016 work plan and budget to complete the preliminary front-end engineering and design phase by the second quarter of 2016

• Calls for the transition of TransCanada Alaska Development Inc.'s ownership interests in the gas treatment plant and pipeline to the state to occur under the process outlined in chapters 11 and 14 of SLA 2014

• Emphasizes the project remains on schedule according to the Heads of Agreement, which expires December 31, 2015, and notes the state intends to terminate TransCanada's participation while recognizing its expertise and contributions

• Directs resolution copies to be sent to the Governor, state commissioners, and presidents of the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation and participating oil and gas companies
