HB 104 Summary

• Repeals Rule 41(a)(3) of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules 511(c) and (e) of the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure.

• Repeals AS 09.68.130 relating to collection of information about civil litigation by the Alaska Judicial Council.

• Takes effect only upon receiving a two-thirds majority vote of each house as required by the Alaska Constitution, Article IV, Section 15.

• If approved by the required supermajority vote, the act takes effect immediately under AS 01.10.070(c).
