Amends AS 28.33.030 to require delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) to be present in a person's body to establish marijuana impairment in DUI prosecutions, whether marijuana is used alone or combined with alcohol, inhalants, or other controlled substances.

Amends AS 28.35.030 to add a definition of "marijuana" referencing AS 11.71.900 and establishes the same THC presence requirement for aircraft or watercraft operation under the influence charges.

Applies the new requirements only to offenses committed on or after the effective date of the Act.
