Establishes that members of the organized militia ordered into active state service by the governor or ordered into training are considered state employees for workers' compensation purposes under AS 23.30.

Provides workers' compensation benefits for militia members who suffer injury, disability, or death in the line of duty, including transit to and from their home of record.

Requires gross weekly earnings for militia members to be calculated using methods prescribed under AS 26.05.260(h).

Limits compensation and benefits to militia members who have been officially ordered into active state service or training; members not ordered into active service are not eligible.

Ensures Alaska State Defense Force members receive death and disability benefits as though they were state employees under the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act.
