AK HB13

Amends AS 44.99.040(a) to prohibit state and municipal agencies from using assets to implement federal orders, regulations, or laws that create a registry based on race, religion, ethnicity, or national origin.

Expands existing prohibitions against state/municipal asset use to cover requirements that infringe on Second Amendment rights or deny due process protections under state or federal constitutions.

Applies the prohibition to requirements from the President, federal regulations, or laws enacted by United States Congress.

Includes P.L. 109-13, Division B (REAL ID Act of 2005) within the scope of prohibited federal mandates.
