Creates a seven-member Board of Game appointed by the governor and confirmed by majority vote of the legislature in joint session.

Requires one board member to have nonconsumptive use of game resources as their predominant use and be actively engaged in wildlife conservation.

Mandates that the board's combined knowledge and experience reflect all uses of game in Alaska including sport hunting, subsistence hunting and trapping, tourism, wildlife viewing, and scientific study.

Requires all appointed members to be Alaska residents appointed without regard to political affiliation or geographical location of residence.

Exempts current Board of Game members serving on the effective date from the new composition requirements.
