Removes the requirement that the Board of Fisheries and Board of Game each hold at least one meeting per year, allowing them to meet as many times as necessary.

Requires the Board of Fisheries to meet on a five-year cycle to consider regulatory proposals for management of a specific fishery.

Maintains the requirement that the Board of Fisheries hold at least one meeting or hearing per year in four general regions: Upper Yukon-Kuskokwim-Arctic, Western Alaska (including Kodiak), Southcentral (including Kenai), and Prince William Sound (including Yakutat).
