Amends AS 15.13.020(j) to require the Alaska Public Offices Commission to establish a single central office instead of regional offices in each Senate district to keep copies of all filed reports.

Removes the requirement that candidates, groups, and individuals file reports directly with district or regional offices; reports shall now be filed directly with the commission's central office.

Amends AS 24.45.091 to make statements and reports available to the public at the commission's central office and on its Internet website, eliminating availability at the Lieutenant Governor's office, Legislative Reference Library, and district offices.

Amends AS 24.45.111(b) to require all statements and reports to be maintained in the commission's central office and on its Internet website, removing the conditional requirement to maintain copies in the state capital or Lieutenant Governor's office.

Consolidates public access to campaign finance reports from multiple physical locations to primarily the commission's central office and online, reducing administrative oversight requirements.
