Authorizes the Department of Public Safety to enter into agreements with nonprofit regional corporations and federal, tribal, and local government agencies to provide law enforcement services at agreed-upon hours and locations.

Allows the Department of Public Safety to charge reasonable fees to cover the costs of providing law enforcement services under these agreements.

Adds collected fees to the department's general fund under AS 37.05.146(c).

Limits agreements to entities that do not have an organized police force or existing contracted public safety coverage agreements as of the Act's effective date.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
