Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development shall implement a program to coordinate travel to and within the North Slope, including the 1002 study area of the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, for members of the United States Congress.

Each member of Congress may participate in one trip over the lifetime of the program.

Up to two trips per year may be organized for groups of 10 or fewer members of Congress.

Individual trips to the 1002 study area and North Slope are limited to a maximum of five days including travel time.

Legislature may appropriate funds to cover reasonable airfare, meals, and lodging costs for participating members of Congress.
