Amends AS 28.35.185(a) to require drivers approaching stationary vehicles performing maintenance or road service work to follow the same rules as those approaching emergency or law enforcement vehicles with flashing lights

On roadways with two or more lanes traveling in the same direction, drivers must vacate the lane closest to the stationary vehicle if possible and safe, or slow to a reasonable and prudent speed if a lane change is impossible, prohibited, or unsafe

On roadways with fewer than two lanes traveling in the same direction, drivers must slow to a reasonable and prudent speed considering traffic, roadway, and weather conditions

All requirements are subject to directions from law enforcement or emergency personnel
