Commissioner of Revenue shall pay a supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividend to each eligible individual who received a 2016 permanent fund dividend.

Dividend amount per individual is calculated by dividing the total appropriated amount from the earnings reserve account by the number of 2016 permanent fund dividend recipients.

Appropriation must come from the earnings reserve account (AS 37.13.145) to the dividend fund (AS 43.23.045(a)) for supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividends.

Bill takes effect contingent on passage and enactment into law before May 1, 2017, of the required appropriation by the Thirtieth Alaska State Legislature.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
