Repeals existing abortion-related statutes including procedures, consent requirements, and medical assistance payment for abortions, and removes abortion options from reproductive health information requirements.

Grants exclusive original jurisdiction to the Alaska Supreme Court for cases involving whether taking a preborn child's life is constitutionally protected and takes effect immediately.
