Amends AS 08.01.063 to require the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to prepare an annual report on temporary courtesy licenses issued to nonresident professionals

Annual report must include expedited application procedures, regulatory progress and changes accommodating military spouses, number and types of licenses issued, and department efforts to inform licensing boards and the military community

Department must submit annual reports to the Joint Armed Services Committee by March 1 each year and a consolidated biennial report to the legislature by March 1 of the first regular session of each legislature

Department shall annually produce and distribute informational materials to licensing boards about temporary courtesy licenses, application processes, and best practices for applicant support

Department shall encourage licensing boards to designate a single employee as a point of contact for public information and inquiries related to temporary courtesy licenses for military spouses
