Members who have served all or part of three successive terms on the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board may not be reappointed unless three years have elapsed since they last served.

The director of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is not a board member and may not vote on matters before the board.

The termination date of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Board is extended from June 30, 2018 to June 30, 2022.

AS 04.11.537 is repealed and 3 AAC 304.025(c) is annulled.

Section 3 of the Act (extending the board's termination date) takes effect immediately.
