Removes gender-specific language from marriage law by changing "one man and one woman" to "two natural persons" in Alaska Statute 25.05.011(a).

Establishes 18 years of age as the minimum marriage age, with two exceptions: emancipated minors under AS 09.55.590 or active duty members of the armed forces.

Repeals AS 25.05.171, which previously allowed persons under 18 to marry with parental or judicial consent.

Removes the provision that allowed persons under the marriageable age of consent to reach majority upon marriage, now requiring all married persons to reach majority at age 18.

Applies the changes to all persons married on or after the effective date of the act.
