Requires applicants for new marijuana establishment registrations to submit fingerprints and fees to the Department of Public Safety for criminal justice information and national criminal history record checks.

Requires renewal applicants to submit fingerprints and fees for criminal justice information and national criminal history record checks every six years instead of with each renewal.

Allows renewal applications to be submitted up to 90 days before the expiration of a marijuana establishment's registration.

Directs the board to forward fingerprints and fees to the Department of Public Safety to obtain criminal history reports under AS 12.62 and AS 12.62.400.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
