Removes references to AS 34.55.008 from criminal penalties (AS 34.55.028) and civil liability provisions (AS 34.55.030), leaving only violations of AS 34.55.006 subject to fines up to $50,000 or imprisonment of 1-5 years.

Repeals multiple sections of the Uniform Land Sales Practices Act including AS 34.55.004, 34.55.008, 34.55.010, 34.55.012, 34.55.014, 34.55.016, 34.55.018, 34.55.020, 34.55.022, 34.55.024, 34.55.026, and related provisions.

Changes the chapter heading from "Uniform Land Sales Practices Act" to "Land Sales Practices Act" by removing the word "Uniform."

Preserves regulations adopted under repealed statutes and allows their continued implementation or repeal by the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.

Provides that repealed statutes continue to apply to land sales offers, purchases, or contracts made on or before the effective date of the Act.
