• Establishes that persons or groups may not make cash contributions exceeding $100 in a calendar year under AS 15.13.074(e).

• Requires identification of the true source of contributed funds, property, or services for contributions exceeding $100 in the aggregate per calendar year.

• Effective date: January 1, 2019.
