Eliminates the exemption allowing nonresident aliens to take wolves without a tag in game management units where the Board of Game has adopted an intensive management program.

Removes authorization for the Board of Game to conduct airborne or same-day airborne predator control programs based on identified big game prey population objectives and predation impacts.

Repeals multiple statutes related to intensive management programs, predator control authorization, and associated definitions (AS 08.54.750(e); AS 16.05.050(b)(1), 16.05.255(e), 16.05.255(f), 16.05.255(g), and 16.05.255(k)).

Retains Board of Game authority to authorize airborne predator control only when addressing disease or parasite threats to predator populations.
