Extends the reinstatement deadline for Native village corporations that were involuntarily dissolved by the commissioner from December 31, 2006 to December 31, 2020.

Reinstated corporations and their shareholders regain all rights, privileges, liabilities, and obligations as if the dissolution had never occurred.

All corporate and shareholder actions taken during the dissolution period are deemed valid retroactively.

Allows a corporation's board of directors alone to amend articles of incorporation to change the corporate name if the previously used name is unavailable, without requiring shareholder approval.

Act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
