Adds new Section 44.62.185 to Alaska law requiring the governor to deliver a report to the legislature on January 1 and July 1 each year (or as soon thereafter as practicable).

Report must include a list of each regulation the governor believes will be adopted within the six-month period following the report's publication date.

Report must include a list of each regulation the governor believes will be amended or repealed within the six-month period following the report's publication date.

Report must provide estimated costs for state agencies to implement and comply with the regulations listed in the report.

Takes effect July 1, 2017.
