Prohibits persons in or within 200 feet of a polling place entrance from attempting to persuade others to vote for or against candidates, propositions, or questions during voting hours.

Prohibits physically displaying photos, videos, or other images of marked ballots in or within 200 feet of a polling place entrance in an attempt to persuade voters.

Requires election officials to post warning notices at the required distance regarding political persuasion prohibitions.

Allows voters to share photos or videos of their marked ballots outside polling places and the 200-foot zone, or when requesting voting assistance, exempting them from the general ballot exhibition prohibition.

Removes the conditional language that previously subjected the marked ballot exhibition prohibition to voter assistance provisions.
