Establishes Petersburg Borough's general grant land entitlement at 14,666 acres under AS 29.65.010(a)(16).

Sets October 1, 2018 as the deadline for Petersburg Borough to select or nominate land to satisfy its entitlement.

Allows Petersburg Borough 90 days after rejection to select additional state land necessary to satisfy its entitlement.

Permits the director to approve land selections for Petersburg Borough subject to stipulations, conditions, or covenants if public interest can be adequately protected and the borough agrees.

Becomes effective immediately upon enactment.
