Amends AS 39.52.120 to allow Board of Fisheries and Board of Game members to deliberate on matters involving personal or financial interests arising from involvement in fish or game-related businesses or organizations.

Requires members to disclose any such interests on the record before deliberating on a matter.

Prohibits members from voting on an issue if a conflict of interest is determined to exist.

Defines "immediate family member" to include spouses, cohabiting partners, and parents, siblings, or children (including stepchildren and adopted children) who reside with, are financially dependent on, or share a substantial financial interest with the board member.
