Suspends Rules 24(c), 35, 41(b), and 42(e) of the Uniform Rules of the Alaska State Legislature to allow changes to the title of Senate Bill No. 6

Senate Bill No. 6 relates to regulation and production of industrial hemp and industrial hemp pilot programs

Provides that industrial hemp is not included in the definition of "marijuana"

Clarifies that adding industrial hemp to food does not create an adulterated food product
