• Urges the Trump Administration to reverse federal restrictions on hydrocarbon and mineral development in the Arctic outer continental shelf, Arctic National Wildlife Refuge, and National Petroleum Reserve - Alaska.

• Requests Congress provide access to these federal areas for resource development and establish revenue-sharing mechanisms to direct all proceeds from outer continental shelf development to Alaska.

• Claims these regions contain an estimated 35 billion barrels of oil and 150 trillion cubic feet of natural gas, and that development could generate 790,000 jobs and over $633 billion in public revenue.
