Amends Alaska Constitution to make the Attorney General an elected position rather than an appointed one, with election by qualified voters at the same time and for the same term as the governor.

Requires the Attorney General to be a U.S. citizen, qualified voter of Alaska, resident of Alaska, and active member of the state bar.

Imposes a two-term limit on the Attorney General, with one full term required to pass before the person can serve again.

Establishes procedures for filling vacancies through special elections held 60-90 days after vacancy occurs, with gubernatorial appointment of interim officeholder permitted within 30 days if timing allows.

Directs that the proposed constitutional amendments be placed on the ballot at the next general election for voter approval.
