Expands the crime of avoidance of ignition interlock device to include tampering with remote continuous alcohol monitoring technology.

Allows courts to grant limited driving licenses for DUI misdemeanor convictions after 30 days (first offense) or 90 days (prior conviction), with required use of ignition interlock devices or remote alcohol monitoring.

Permits limited licenses for DUI felony convictions after successful participation in court-ordered treatment for at least six months, with mandatory ignition interlock or remote alcohol monitoring requirements.

Changes proof of financial responsibility requirement from maintenance during active license period to maintenance for 10 years from the date judgment is stayed or satisfied.

Simplifies administrative license suspension procedures by removing specified time periods and allowing suspension until proof of financial responsibility is filed.
