Amends AS 08.64.370 to add a new exception allowing physicians licensed in another state to provide medical services to out-of-state athletic teams traveling to Alaska for sporting events, provided they have a written agreement with the athletic team.

Creates a specific exemption from Alaska medical licensure requirements for visiting team physicians, enabling them to treat team members during travel to, from, or participation in sporting events in the state.

Amends AS 14.30.142(d) to include physicians exempt from licensure under the new provision (AS 08.64.370(6)) as qualified supervisors for athletic trainers and other personnel evaluating and clearing students with suspected concussions.

Allows athletic trainers and qualified persons to act under the supervision of exempt visiting team physicians when evaluating and clearing students for return to participation after concussion suspension.
