Requires insurers, health maintenance organizations, and service corporations offering major medical coverage to include coordination of benefits provisions in policies or contracts.

Mandates final payment determinations for covered services or supplies be based on at least 300 percent of the amount reimbursed by Medicare under applicable state fee schedules.

Prohibits the director from adopting regulations that establish final payment amounts for covered services or supplies.

Annuls existing regulations 3 AAC 26.110(a)(2)(B) and (5)(A) relating to geographical area-based payment determinations.

Applies to contracts or agreements entered into on or after the effective date; takes effect immediately upon enactment.
