Amends AS 43.23.015 to add a new subsection allowing applicants to voluntarily direct a portion of their permanent fund dividend to the state general fund through the electronic application process.

Contributions must be in $25 or more increments, up to the total permanent fund dividend amount the applicant is entitled to receive.

Contributions under AS 43.23.062 (existing charitable contributions) take priority if combined contributions exceed the dividend amount.

Seven percent of contributed money will be used for administrative costs, with no funds from the dividend fund used for these expenses.

Public agencies claiming dividends on behalf of individuals are prohibited from making contributions under this provision.
