Amends AS 40.25.120(a) to add a new exemption (18) to Alaska's public records disclosure requirements.

Exempts names, addresses, and other identifying information of persons who report criminal activity to crime stoppers or similar organizations from disclosure as public records.

Defines "crime stopper or similar organization" as a nonprofit organization that receives tips about criminal activity from the public to assist law enforcement in preventing and solving crimes.
