Appropriates $2,000,000 from general fund to disaster relief fund for capitalization purposes

Includes salary and benefit adjustments for University of Alaska employees and implements monetary terms for fiscal year ending June 30, 2018 for Fairbanks Firefighters Union and United Academics collective bargaining agreements

Ratifies departmental expenditures totaling $14,584,094 from Department of Health and Social Services (fiscal year 2016) and Department of Public Safety (fiscal year 2013) to reverse negative account balances

Takes effect April 16, 2018
