Renames AS 14.30.356 as "Bree's Law" and designates education, training programs, and activities developed by school districts to implement this statute as "Bree's Law programs and Bree's Law activities."

Expands civil immunity under AS 09.65.160 to protect disclosure of substantiated allegations of sexual abuse of a minor or sexual misconduct against school district employees, including actions taken after such substantiation.

Requires marital and family therapy licensees to be aware of child abuse reporting requirements under AS 47.17.020 and required training under AS 47.17.021.

Creates new AS 47.17.021 establishing an online training curriculum (at no cost) on recognizing and reporting child abuse and neglect for persons required to report who are not state or school district employees; allows licensed professionals to substitute equivalent continuing education.

Modifies AS 14.33.100(d) to require annual crisis response training (including evacuation and lockdown drills) for all district employees, removing previous language limiting this to new employees.

Takes effect January 1, 2019, with Sections 1 and 11 retroactive to June 30, 2017.
