Repeals the athletic commission and commissioner of athletics statutes (AS 05.05.010, 05.05.020, 05.05.030, 05.05.040)

Repeals all statutes governing boxing, sparring, and wrestling contests, matches, and exhibitions (AS 05.10.010 through 05.10.170)

Repeals related references to the athletic commission in statutes concerning professional licenses, education, and family law

Authorizes the Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development to amend or repeal existing athletic commission regulations as needed to implement the repeal

Requires the Department to account for and release any licensee bonds previously filed under athletic commission licensing requirements
