Adds a new disorderly conduct offense for knowingly causing an unmanned aircraft system to loiter over another person's private property without consent.

Expands indecent viewing or photography crimes to include viewing or photographing a person on private property without knowledge or consent using an unmanned aircraft system in the airspace above that property.

Defines "unmanned aircraft system" in Alaska criminal statutes by reference to the definition in AS 18.65.909.

Applies to conduct occurring on or after the effective date of the Act.
