AK SB2

Directs the Department of Revenue commissioner to pay a supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividend to all eligible individuals who received the 2016 permanent fund dividend.

Requires the commissioner to calculate the per-person dividend amount by dividing the appropriated funds from the earnings reserve account by the total number of 2016 permanent fund dividend recipients.

Contingent on the Thirtieth Alaska State Legislature passing and enacting an appropriation from the earnings reserve account to the dividend fund before May 1, 2017.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
