Adds U-47700 to the existing list of Schedule IA opiates in AS 11.71.140(c) as item (82).

Establishes a new Schedule IVA classification for tramadol and related substances, specifically 2-[(dimethylamino)methyl]-1-(3-methoxyphenyl)cyclohexanol, including all salts, optical and geometric isomers, and related salt forms.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment under AS 01.10.070(c).
