Amends Alaska law to add an exception exempting Native corporations from strict liability for hazardous substance releases on land acquired under the Alaska Native Claims Settlement Act, unless the corporation caused or contributed to the release.

Modifies AS 46.03.822(a) to reference both exceptions (i) and (n) regarding strict liability for hazardous substance releases, allowing defenses and limitations on liability.

Adds definition of "Native corporation" to mean the same as defined in 43 U.S.C. 1602(m) (federal law).

Repeals AS 46.03.822(c)(3), removing a previous provision related to liability standards.
