Establishes Petersburg Borough's general grant land entitlement at 14,666 acres under AS 29.65.010(a)(16).

Sets October 1, 2018 as the deadline for Petersburg Borough to select or nominate state land to satisfy its entitlement.

Allows Petersburg Borough 90 days after rejection of a selection to submit additional land selections to meet its entitlement.

Permits the state director to approve land selections with stipulations, conditions, or covenants if the municipality agrees and public interest can be adequately protected.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
