Repeals Rule 41(a)(3) of the Alaska Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules 511(c) and (e) of the Alaska Rules of Appellate Procedure related to collecting information about civil litigation by the Alaska Judicial Council

Repeals AS 09.68.130

Requires a two-thirds majority vote of each house of the Alaska legislature for Section 1 to take effect, as mandated by Article IV, Section 15 of the Alaska Constitution

Takes effect immediately upon passage if the constitutional two-thirds majority requirement is met
