AK SB90

Prohibits the Department of Health and Social Services from awarding matching grants to municipalities or communities for costs of providing essential human services, including housing, transportation, and food/clothing/sleeping bag distribution centers.

Defines "essential human services" as social services necessary to prevent serious mental or physical hardship to a person who needs the services.

Repeals AS 29.60.600, 29.60.610, 29.60.620, and 29.60.650, which previously authorized the human services community match grant program.
