Appropriates $30,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Education and Early Development for distribution to school districts based on average daily membership for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Appropriates an estimated $1,172,603,900 from the general fund to the public education fund to support state aid calculated under the public school funding formula.

Appropriates an estimated $77,214,600 from the general fund to the public education fund for student transportation under AS 14.09.010 for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

Repeals Sections 4 and 5(c)-(d) of Chapter 6, SLA 2018.

Takes effect July 1, 2019, with the repeal provisions taking effect June 30, 2019.
