Appropriates $683,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to pay supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividends to eligible individuals who received a 2016 dividend.

Appropriates $826,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to pay supplemental 2017 permanent fund dividends to eligible individuals who received a 2017 dividend.

Appropriates $888,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to pay supplemental 2018 permanent fund dividends to eligible individuals who received a 2018 dividend.

Total funding of $2,397,000,000 from the earnings reserve account for fiscal year ending June 30, 2020.

All three appropriations are contingent on the legislature passing and enacting separate bills before June 30, 2019, directing the commissioner of revenue to pay the respective supplemental dividends.
