Appropriates $219,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to the dividend fund for supplemental 2016 permanent fund dividends to eligible recipients.

Appropriates $143,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to the dividend fund for supplemental 2017 permanent fund dividends to eligible recipients.

Appropriates $53,000,000 from the earnings reserve account to the dividend fund for supplemental 2018 permanent fund dividends to eligible recipients.

All three appropriations are contingent on passage and enactment of separate bills by June 30, 2019, directing the commissioner of revenue to authorize the supplemental dividend payments.

Takes effect immediately upon enactment.
