Amends Alaska statute AS 15.20.081 to require absentee ballot applications include an option for voters to receive absentee ballots by mail for all future regularly scheduled state elections.

Voters who select this option do not need to reapply for absentee ballots unless they have not voted by absentee ballot for four consecutive years.

Voters also do not need to reapply if their previously sent absentee ballot was returned to the division as undeliverable.

Effective date: January 1, 2021.
